What should I do if the screen clip is damaged?

We will send you a replacement part. And please refer to the manual and carefully peel off the tape securing the screen cable, then insert the cable horizontally into the clip. You could also refer to our screen installation guide video.

Why does the nozzle get clogged?

Avoid using a 0.4 mm nozzle to print composite materials containing glitter, metal powder, etc. If clogged, try cleaning or replacing the nozzle. You can also find our nozzle cleaning video on the details page.

How to clean the nozzle with a needle?

Please heat the nozzle to the material’s melting point, insert a needle from the top of the extruder, and remove any accumulated material.

Why won’t the model stick to the platform?

1.Raise bed temp to 65°C and use glue for better adhesion.2.Adjust platform height by 0.05-0.1mm based on first layer results.3.In Orca-Flashforge, set first layer to 225-230°C, other layers to 225°C.

Why did the nozzle scratch the platform?

We will send you a replacement part. And It’s likely due to Z-axis misalignment during shipping, which needs to be manually adjusted. Or Please check the FLASHFORGE Wiki: FAQ-Q14.
