Good watch, but…
I love this watch. It has a lot of great features and it’s very user friendly. My only problem with it is that it constantly disconnects and doesn’t sync. This is a daily issue. Sometimes multiple times a day. Often times it shows it’s connected properly, but I still don’t get notifications.

Great customer service!
I think that the customer service on this product is excellent. They sent a sheet of directions and things to do to make the watch work better just after delivery. Although most features worked perfectly, I have been having one issue, and they are very fast to respond and help me correct it since I’ve seen customer service this good, it makes all the difference and having a product work well .

Very good value for the money.
I searched for a fitness watch and this was among my top three choices. I’m glad I chose this watch. I was impressed that it can connect with both android and iPhone apps. It was great at measuring my heart rate and my oxygen saturation. I went searching for a little bit better than just a pedometer and found something much more useful. I would buy this again for sure.

Update: After using it daily for a few weeks I have to say the watch is a good deal for the money. That being said I have had a few issues:The watch needs to be charged every 3 days unless you shut off the constant monitoringThe app will send me notifications sometimes not in englishIt frequently disconnects from my phone so the call and message feature is iffy at best.Its still a good watch for the price and definitely a more affordable option than the main stream choices.The watch does pretty much everything I could want in a smart watch. The after sales group offers a lot of support for questions or concerns. My skin is very sensitive and I had a reaction to the watch band. I reached out to support and they are sending a different type of band at no charge. Wonderful customer service!

I like the watch, it’s unfortunate that it is constantly disconnecting and I have to always resync and pair it. I dislike that the watch does not stay paired Therefore I can’t leave my phone very far away for fear I might miss a call because this watch does not let me know when I receive a call or, a text or any notification at all.

Style and value
This stylish watch is so superior to my old Fitbit Charge 5 for a fraction of the price. Being able to answer calls , read emails and texts is remarkable convenient. What used to be science fiction is now reality. The navigation between features is easy to follow. Engaging the various workout measurements is a little inconvenient since you have to remember to turn it on but I suspect over time it will be second nature.

Love my new watch
Has all the features I want in an expensive watch for a much better price. I get notifications quickly and it seems accurate in its tracking. Battery life seems good and I was able to connect it to my Google fit app so I can link it to my employers rewards system for exercise.

Some minor issues
This watch did come with instructions, although it’s clear that are written translated from another language. Is was still fairly easy to setup.I did update without problems.The settings keep reverting to Celsius instead of Fahrenheit on the weather portion of the watch.I do feel that the watch is a little large for a woman, but since this is my first smart watch, I don’t really have any frame of reference. That’s just my opinion.The battery lasted for a week since I don’t have all capabilities working all the time.

Update review – I couldn’t figure out how to work it so returned
I’m giving an updated review. Even though I couldn’t get it to work for me so returned it, I will say the company’s customer service, was great. They worked with me to return the watches and refunded me right away. I’m not one for figuring out the new technology, so don’t ignore the product, maybe you’re tech savvy. It’s a nice looking watch.

Great Product for the Price! Easy to navigate great features. Love the call feature has good quality sound/mic. The serie is kinda interesting you can really only ask it a few simple questions like the weather, time, ECT. If it connected to your phone and used real Google searches or something more questions then it would be worth using, but seems to just have awsers to questions the watch already has with its other features. Haven’t trusted it enough to use it in water doesn’t seem fully waterproof with having a mic and speakers but idk maby it does work.

Exactly what I was looking for
I had an Apple Watch but the battery life was awful. This watch works great for me. It does basically everything I used the other watch for and the battery life is amazing. I wanted a watch that I could make or take calls with if I needed to and see texts that come in. I haven’t had any issues with calling out or taking a call. It’s really convenient. I don’t use a lot of apps on my watch so if you are looking for one that keeps up with all your socials and notifications this one may not be what you want. This one keeps track of steps, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, and more. It’s all I really need.

Stylish and durable, rarely take mine off
Bought this to monitor steps, sleep and look cute for a mature woman. I can wear it to water aerobics, and I’m comfortable in the 90° weather digging in the garden wearing this watch. The soft pinkband is easily kept clean. The battery lasts a few days and you are reminded when it’s low. I like the activity report, a chart displays when your working hard. The watch connects with the phone and I can talk on my watch when the phone is not to far away and I may be in the yard. The price is right and I have had compliments.

Good budget friendly smartwatch
I think this is a great smartwatch for the price. It’s not like an apple watch or something like that. But it has about all the same features that you would want to have. It just doesn’t have the same amount of modifications available and quality materials as a high end watch. The Bluetooth phone option works very well. People can’t tell the difference between the watch and my phone on a call. Also impressed by the notifications you’re able to receive, which helps you stay aware of what’s going on all the time. I like how it monitors your sleep and in my case made me realize my lack of deep sleep. The screen works well. Alexa is a little slow but still is a nice feature. I had no problem with connectivity. It’s a solid watch and better than I expected it to be.

Too many problems
At first I was really excited about the watch. The battery almost lasted a week and the exercise function was great. Then I noticed I needed to charge the watch more often. Problems with the exercise function began happening. It would only give me an outdoor run as an option. I have had to reset my watch multiple times to get it to function properly. The heart rate is inaccurate. I will workout at the gym and the bikes will state my heart rate is 20 plus beats higher than the watch is showing. At home while working out I will put a pulse oximeter on and it will state the same, 20 or more beats high than the watch is recording. At times the watch won’t let me answer my phone on the phone, it will pick up on the watch. I have to turn the bluetooth off to get my phone to answer on it. The sleep function will tell me I have only gotten 3 or 4 hours of sleep when it was 7 or 8. It’s sporadic with giving correct information. There are too many problems and I would choose a different watch!

Exceeds expectations
My old Timex died beyond any hope, so I succumbed to modern upgrades, really only needed to have time and date at a glance.Wow- this » watch» is impressive! I am still learning new details. It looks very nice and the customizable functions are amazing!! I am super happy with this gadget. Especially like the sleep and activity tracker.Amazing for the price!! Wow

Great Value
Great Value for what you pay. Wish you could get replacement bands and screen protector. So far it works good. Had a couple minor issues but for the price point is does everything I want it to do. The only obvious issue is the quality of material on the watch face. I would almost say it’s scratch prone. Had no idea until a couple days in and i noticed the entire face scratched up (20+ scratches)… so just be careful or try to find a generic smart watch screen protector to cut to size IMMEDIATELY.Also, I cannot get the Alexa app to work either. Maybe it just needs an update 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Great smart watch!!
I researched the different smart watches out there, and this is the one that does everything. It says it will do and I am extremely happy with this smart watch! It keeps me on Target with my goals that I can set in the app and I love receiving my text messages and phone calls On my watch when I can’t utilize my phone at work. And I cannot stress enough on how fantastic the quality is on using The phone option on my watch I can hear who I call clearly, and they have absolutely no problem clearly hearing me the quality is beyond amazing. I strongly recommend this smart watch! You will not be disappointed.

I got this on Friday, and it is now Tuesday night at almost midnight and it finally died. I’ve had it constantly reading my heart rate and more. Definitely worth the money! I also like the cute pink color.

Not An Apple; Very & Preety Watch
Love this watch; it took a few minutes to figure out how to charge it. Back is magnatized & now I got it.Reads BP, HTe Rate, # if WLking steps inside & Outside.Has a large readiable face & a pink strap. Strap is a little too large for my wrist. I will order so other straps at a later date

Beautiful
It has only been one day I’ve had it but I already love it! Its beautiful, was easy to set up and all I was looking for.There’s just one thing I wish I could figure out-how to have weather on farenheit. It comes with celcius and hoping there’s a way to change that. Otherwise I am very happy!

Great watch!
My husband loved his smart watch! It has Alexa and he kept asking Alexa news weather. He looked like a child with a new toy. He checked heart rate and heart rate and works great just like an odometer to check heart rate. He also ordered a stainless steel bracelet 22 and fits perfect.

Reliable and affordable!
Worth the price if you are looking for a reliable smartwatch without having to spend $200+ for a bigger brand name. It tracks everything that I wanted including BPM and steps. The free app that you use with it is also really nice! There are a lot of features on there that you can use in relation to your workout routines and diet programs.

Great Smartwatch
I’ve had my ID208Plus about six weeks now and I love it. It keeps me updated on my steps and vital heath information. The device has great volume when using it on calls. Alexa feature is a plus. In the past I’ve spent hundreds on Fitbit but this Smartwatch is superior.

The price is great considering all the functions it has. Why spend $$$$$ if you don’t need to. Battery holds almost a week. Screen is easy to read and user friendly.

Easy to use
I was a little skeptical ordering this because I figured if it wasn’t expensive then it might not be as good as the $200 watch my husband ordered. LOL. When I got the watch it was already fully charged and it was easy to set up I love the app. I am amazed at what this watch can do and it fits my lifestyle perfectly. This is my first smartwatch and I’m really liking it.

Good for the price but…
It only has 20 sports modes not 60 or 100 (it seems to go back and forth between how many it actually has)And I can’t get it to fully connect with the Alexa app. Like it has a bunch of VERYFIT (the app used with the watch) bars I can tap on for various things like calories burned but every single one says server unavailable and it says the watch is offline.Also even when my phone is less that a foot from it Alexa will be disconnected randomly and I have to go back in or restart.Minor issues but still annoying.

Easy to set up
Got this for a birthday present. It was easy to set up with my Samsung phone a real plus. I like be able to switch watch faces & like the style and the fit. No problems with the watch. I would recommend this watch as a purchase.

Misleading
This is a great watch other than, you can not connect to FB or other apps. Also, you can’t read texts or emails from watch. It only notifies you that you have a message. Lastly, Alexa does not understand you 95% of the time. Easy to install and get working. Health connection is great.

Definitely impressed
I bought this watch with a lot of skepticism. I have to admit it has impressed me so far. The main purpose for my purchase was to track my blood oxygen level. I love that I can check it anytime.I’ve been wearing it for almost two days. It was very easy to set up. Absolutely user friendly. The speaker is great. Lots of options to change the face. The step tracker seems accurate.I really like it! I would recommend it to anyone who asks.
